Our experience with Precision was very disappointing. While Vtek's work was excellent, the site manager Marcin, repeatedly tried to ignore the agreed structural plans, including leaving unsafe elements identified by the structural engineer. After a 3 week absence from site, we were asked for over £60k extra, despite having a fixed price contract. They ultimately abandoned the project unfinished, leaving our home without a roof while we had a newborn baby. We are also still owed money that has not been repaid. Based on our experience, we wouldn't recommend them.

Incredibly professional and great to deal with from start to finish. We had had some recent terrible experiences with builders and so had quite a lot of questions and requests upfront as well as changes to the contract that they accommodated without any fuss. When it came to the work itself, everyone was punctual, communication was spot on, there was real thought put into problem solving and ensuring that we were happy with the finish, as well as a willingness to adapt when plans had to change. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Patryk, Marcin, Jak and Vitaly.

I chose Precision out of 3 quotes to prepare and fit a new kitchen and to repoint and paint my house exterior. I was very pleased with the work that Precision did for me. From first quote to the finished job, I found them to be courteous, efficient and their work is to a very high standard. I found them to be extremely flexible to my specific needs and communication throughout the job was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and absolutely recommend them.

Precision Building and Development, carried out a fantastic complete refurb of my bathroom. I am thrilled with the result! The quality of their work is of the highest standard with meticulous attention to detail. Patryk and Marcin were very helpful offering practical advice as to design and ordering the best fittings. They are very experienced, professional and really lovely to work with. The work was carried out with the timeframe indicated. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and I will certainly work with them again on future house projects.
