Humidifier fan fitted, electric light moved, velux window fitted, plastered and made good
This day an age quite a challenge to get a builder who does what he says, when he says and to a high standard. Can't thank Ben and his team enough. Rang me to say they may be a delay in fitting window due to wrong part arriving but sourced it from another company so would still be on time. Left everything clean and tidy. Highly recomended

Damp proofed 2 walls, 1 new vent fitted, outside channel dug out
Had a problem regards the ground work outside, was kept informed regards the problem, and agreed a solution before any more work was undertaken.

Basement tanking of floor.
Precision did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Reliable, trustworthy, tidy and stuck to the quote. Good communication between the owners, workers doing the job and us the customer, to ensure the right solution was put in place.
