Prompt replies and good quality work. Overall happy and satisfied

We had a water ingress/damp problem in the outer wall of our flat roofed extension and we could see that the top five rows of bricks needed repointing and weren’t sure whether there were further problems that we could not see. In addition we wanted the outer walls to be painted with specialist waterproofing. We were lucky enough to find John who specialises in this sort of work. He has done an excellent job at a fair price and communicated with us at every stage. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

Tidied up after himself

Great job overall, very pleased with the quality and overall value of the work, which was carried out by a very knowledgeable and well equipped builder. Work completed to time and budget. I would use Precision Point again without hesitation.

John repaired a crack in my house's outer wall - he was communicative, fairly priced, turned up on time and did a good, tidy, job. Really happy.
