Luke is courteous, dependable and punctual. He came and assessed our leaking roof. He was honest in telling us that there could be several possibilities and while he narrowed them, he could not be sure what was leading to the leaks. He visited three times to identify plausible causes. Then give us a clear quote on what he would be fixing. The work was done efficiently. The site was left clean. After the installation he called us to check how things had gone and seem to be sincerely interested in the outcome. We would recommend him unreservedly.
