    Very pleased with the service. Initial communication was good. Plumber was sent out within a few hours to replace a faulty valve and stop the leak. Would recommend.

    Sav, the engineer, turned up very promptly and, although it was an old boiler he was able to service it. He was very competent, courteous and extremely helpful. I can't recommend this firm highly enough, very efficient from first contact onwards

    Arrived within 24 hours of call to their office (this was not an emergency) so very pleased with promptness.. Callum and Sav were both very pleasant and professional. They were very tidy and explained what they were doing . Excellent ambassadors for Preferred. Very happy to recommend them and their company.
