Booking the service was easy and straightforward, and communication was good. However, I was disappointed with the actual carpet cleaning. It felt more like a carpet refresh than a deep clean. I understand that some stains cannot always be removed, and I was told this beforehand. However, I was very disappointed that none of the stains or marks were removed at all.
I've used other carpet cleaning companies in the past, and they used stronger cleaning products and techniques that successfully removed stains. With this service, the carpets smelled fresher, but all of the visible spots remained.

As you pointed out, we clearly communicated to you that not all stains will be able to be removed. This was illustrated to you at the point of booking in the confirmation text message and also when the carpet cleaner arrived.
Im glad the carpet smelt better - we use the very best equipment and techniques. I apologize not all was removed but no two stains are the same so you cannot fairly compare to previous cleans.
