  Prompt and efficient service at resolving IT issue

  My broadband provider informed me that there was a problem with Google Chrome on my computer and I contacted Premier Computers Ltd who were able to resolve the issue and check the computer was running OK.

  Excellent, customer-focused PC company

  I had an urgent PC issue and Glenn, of Premier Computers responded within minutes to my request on this site. He was immensely helpful and was able to arrange for the work to be done swiftly at a reasonable price. Matt, the technician who did the work, was personable, helpful and efficient. It was a seamless and painless operation. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I'm really pleased to have found them. It will be my go-to place for all PC-related issues in future.

  I called on a Sunday evening because I had water spillage on my laptop and I had lost access to all my files and downloads . Glenn took the call, agreed to check the laptop the following morning and within less than 2 hours, all the issues were resolved and I have full access. Thank you Glenn and your colleague Matt for all your support.

  Hard drive recovery

  Glenn from Premier Computers was extrememely helpful. He contacted me very quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote. When I explained some complications and what I had been quoted elsewhere, he was honest and very helpfully put me in touch directly with a lab/company who can help, effectively cutting himself out of the equation. Excellent service.
