Efficient, quick and effective service. The engineer, Lee, came. He has excellent communication skills and clearly has lots of knowledge, experience and skills. Good communication with this guy who got back to me promptly and stuck to his appointment time as promised. The drain was unblocked satisfactorily. I had forgotten to get a quote prior to the job, which was my own fault. However, payment was reasonable and easy options for paying.
