Quoted and charged for work not carried out, poor workmanship, terrible customer service, ongoing problems with poor communication and unwillingness to correct issues. Would not use again nor would recommend to anyone

Really pleased with our new boiler. We just left the 2 guys that came to do it to get on with it and went out for the day. We also had to have a new gas run as the boiler that was removed was very old so floorboards etc needed to be lifted. The job was done very efficiently and with as little mess as possible. The pre-sale and after-sale service has also been excellent. Would definitely recommend this firm.

Job was completed on time and on price, boiler was fitted and working within 2 days of contacting Brian, Andy came the day before to check he knew what to expect, we had a small leak on the bathroom radiator when I phoned to tell Andrew someone came back and sorted it within 15 minutes. Would highly recommend to everybody.

My boiler failed on a Sunday morning so I decided it was time for a new one. I phoned Barry at Premier Gas Care on the Sunday and he arranged to come out on Monday morning. We agreed the price and interest free credit to pay for it and after rearranging a few smaller jobs to fit us in more quickly the boiler was fitted on the Wednesday which we were really pleased with otherwise we'd have been without heat and hot water over Christmas. The work was done to a high standard. This is the second time I've used them as they also fitted a boiler in my previous house. I would highly recommend.
