Andy and his team were fantastic from start to finish. The guys turned up to quote on time to discuss our options. They put dust covers on their shoes without prompt, before entering the property. We opted for 2 units in the bedrooms with WiFi. The air con is just amazing. I don’t know how we lived without it! The units are so quiet and provide instant cool. The work was carried out neatly with zero disruption and minimal dust. I didn’t think we needed air-con downstairs, but now I’ve experienced how cool it is upstairs, I’ve booked in to have a unit fitted in the living room.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work carried out. The price was very competitive. Andy's Engineers were very tidy and competent. The communication with Andy and his Engineers was very good, we will definitely be using Premier Heating and Cooling for any future works.

Brilliant! Andy gave advice before coming, clearly arranged a date and attended our very old boiler and fitted a fan and made good the old seals. He noted problems with the previous work which he rectified. He finally put in inbitor and as a "coup de grace" reduced his quoted price as putting in the inhibitor to an open system was easier thatn he anticipated. He was very pleasant througout and very tidy. The system is working perfectly now. We are very grateful especially as two previous (checkatrade) engineers had been unsatisfactory We will certainly use again.
