    Sloppy work!

    We used Premier for full heating installation in Henley. The work quality was generally terrible: e.g. questionable boiler ID, removed kitchen ventilation system, and the majority of pipe work that should have been chased into the walls standing proud. A manager did confess to being "embarrassed" by the work. The job was to be re-done but Premier were terminated when it was discovered a new heating pipe placed proximate to electrical cabling had melted its insulation exposing bare copper wires. Premier were then terminated and the matter reported to "Gas Safe". No return of £5,000 paid.

    Great work ethic and kind team.

    The workers (George and Josh) were great, friendly and tidy. They clearly wanted to not just get the job done but to get it done well. Clear explanations on works being done. Left the space tidy between work days and cleaned up at the end of the day.

    Fault finding and fuse board installation

    After a rollercoaster with other electricians I couldn't be happier to have found Reece who did not only find the electric fault in my house and installed my new fuse board but went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe again in my house. While other electricians suggested I needed a full rewire of the house, he very quickly assured me that this wasn't needed and worked efficiently to find and sort the issue. He saved me a lot of money and clearly had my best interest in mind.

    Service of unvented water heating cylinder

    Fast and friendly communication from the office, great price, engineer arrived when predicted and fitted in additional works on the day. Explained it all and didn’t mind being harassed by my cats.

    Removal and new replacement radiator

    Liam was the engineer did a fantastic work. He gives us an advice on our old remaining radiators and he tidy up after the job done. We are happy with the service and happy to recommend to friends and family.
