Conservatory door lock had failed and would not unlock. I phoned George and arranged for him to visit. Great communication from him prior to visit keeping me updated and when he arrived I was impressed with how he handled the job. His 19 years of experience shines through. Upon replacing the lock he would not leave until he was satisfied that the lock was working perfectly and I mean perfectly, plus I was given explicit instructions on how I should close and then lock the door - there is a right way and wrong way. Who knew?!

This is the second time I have used Premier Locksmiths and again they provided a fast and professional service at a reasonable rate. Would absolutely recommend them.

George and Spencer were brilliant and fixed the door lock mechanisms on front and back doors… They were swift ,professional did a fabulous job that makes locking my doors a breeze now. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Lock broke. George replaced it within 24 hours. No issues.

Spoke to George and explained the problem, he gave us a price and was out to us in less than 2 hours. They fixed the issue and oiled the lock as well and made sure I was happy with the result. They were both polite , friendly and efficient and would recommend them to anyone. Was a refreshing change.

Front door stopped closing - George and his son came out and fixed it within 10 minutes and also provided some security advise. Very happy. Will use again.
