  From my initial enquiry I received a response quoting price and availability. Ray from Premier called the next day at the time arranged and sorted the problem. Excellent customer service from a local company with Ray being extremely helpful and sympathetic as I was most concerned at the number of wasps entering my house. Thank you Premier - a job well done from start to finish.

  After finding fleas in the house I was mortified tried over the counter sprays an bombs but nothing shifted um, Chris came out and fumigated he was very professional, explained the whole process, put my mind at ease about the situation. Top guy would defo recommend.

  Amazing, I was given a very reasonable quote when contacted and a visit was arranged. On arrival and when the job was looked at I was told it would only need 1 visit. Sure enough my issue was resolved with in half an hour. Customer service was amazing and I'll definitely be using again should I need to. Highly recommended

  I cannot recommend Premier Pest Control enough. Staff are so friendly, professional and knowledgable. I had a rats nest in my car engine. The Council, Local Councillor and my Insurance Company could not help and was told I had to get the nest removed myself. I phoned Premier Pest Control and spoke to Ceilia who reassured me they could help and an appointment was booked for the following day. Shout out to Simon who came out and dealt with the issue also giving some good advice too. Whatever your pest issue give them a ring.

  Excellent service provided from the moment I contacted Premier Pest Control. Great communication throughout and easy to arrange appointment. Ray came out to banish the wasp problem I was having and was completely professional and explained exactly what he was going to do. Job carried out with no issues, at a reasonable cost and with the added reassurance that I could give him a call back if need be, luckily so far that has not been required and the wasps appear to have gone. Can't thank Celia, who arranged the booking, and Ray who banished my wasps enough for the service they provided.
