Initially everything was “no problem,” but despite clear plans, work was often done completely wrong or skipped without communication. Quality was poor, done lazily, and no accountability was taken for mistakes. Unqualified workers were sent to “fix” issues, often arriving late or unprepared, wasting hours. The job was unfinished, and our home was left in a disgusting state—heavy tools on brand-new furniture, no respect or courtesy. It was incredibly disappointing to see such lack of care, pride, or professionalism. Hope Amro finally takes responsibility instead of just rebranding
