I have used Paul and his team at Premier Roofing before for another leak - their work was great and the problem was solved. This time, we had a leak from our chimney and after receiving multiple quotes Premier Roofing appeared to offer the best solution again for the best price. Paul's communication is great. He's polite and friendly and provides a quote / his opinion in a no-pressure hassle free way. He provides photo evidence of the issues and the work his team does and his work comes with a guarantee. Greta communication from booking to job completion from Paul. A free quote was promised and he went through all the repairs, recommendations and didn’t put any sales pressure on. Pictures were taken, before, during and after the work was completed. The team were able to carry out all the repairs the same day. Job location: M34I wish to thank William and his team for such a great job in replacing our Kitchen roof NO more leaks as we are selling the property. William gave a fair quote and kept in touch with WhatsApp messages photos and in person through out the procedure. Truly a great Team.
