Brief: Whatever is required, identify and remedy the leak. £2,800 to apply some sealant to a previously worked on section. Despite the quote guaranteeing the work was told repairs are not guaranteed after advising the leak persisted. Was requoted £25,000 to replace the roof. It took over a year to find a contractor that resolved the issue. Approached the leak by systematic testing and the root cause turned out to be blocked guttering. Repair charge £700. So unfortunately in our case Premier Roofing were not able to help.

Premier came before Christmas and Eddie seemed to know what he was talking about and we agreed for them to do the work. They laid felt on top of old felt and it didn't fix the leak. I then had Eddie back, under a different business this time, to tell me it wasn't his work it was actually the tiles. I didn't think it added up so had four separate roofers come and take a look. Every single one said the flat roof was shoddily done, and you can pull the felt away at the seams. This is why there is water coming through, so now we need to fix the whole roof. Shocking job.

Unfortunately Premier did not live up to their name ! Bad workmanship including incorrectly laid boards, facia not secured , downpipe and gutters not connected etc. Another roofer had to come and fix the problems. Disappointing.
