I recently had my loft insulated and boarded by Premium Property Services and the whole process has been amazing from my first phone call was with Ross, who was friendly, helpful, and explained everything clearly from the start. Lee and his team carried out the work and did an excellent job. They were professional, hardworking, and kept everything tidy throughout. The quality of the workmanship was great, and the loft now looks fantastic with plenty of usable storage space and shelving i requested. I would definitely recommend Premium Property Services.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The loft boarding was completed today to an exceptionally high standard. They were professional, efficient, tidy, and clearly done with real care and attention to detail. Communication throughout was excellent, they arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and left the space spotless afterwards. The quality of the work has completely transformed our loft, creating a huge amount of safe and usable storage space. You can really tell they take pride in their workmanship.

Loft - Re-insulated, raised and re-boarded. Ross, was so easy to chat with and organise timings for a quote to be carried out. All the way through the job Ross was available to chat when required. Lee, Barry, Martin & Stuart were absolutely reliable, professional and completely approachable. Every detail was considered and I was kept informed at all times. I cannot recommended this company / team enough. Value for money and then some. Post the job - the clean up was immaculate, I genuinely couldn’t tell they had been in my house. Total pride in their work !
