Prendi construction Ltd is a family run business I personally (Peter Prendi ) have been plastering for over 18 years and started my own business 2 years ago. We also cater for all your painting and decorating needs.

Plaster walls
Peter responded quickly and able to do the job within a couple of days. His price was reasonable and the job well done all good, Thanks Phill.
Plaster a wall (skim) and ceiling repair after water damage.
Peter arrived on time after giving a fair quote for the work. The kitchen was masked off and covered with plastic in key areas. Lovely guy who obviously knows his trade well. Job very nice indeed ,completed promptly and with sweep up af the end. Thoroughly recommend Peter to anyone in Havering or beyond.
Plastering, painting
Excellent job done by Peter. Really happy with the work and would definitely recommend.
To plaster bedroom ceiling and walls, replace some floor boards, skirting and a window sill.

Make good and plaster kitchen and area around back door
2 guys were courteous. Spent lots of time prepping before plastering to result in a better job. Job done exactly as we intended. Will definitely use again for plastering in future.
Rendering rear part of house
100% professional work undertaken. Peter is a very patient and reliable worker, he understands what it takes to be professional.
