The springs broke on my UPVC sash window, and I was recommended to try Prentice Glass for the repairs. The company was prompt to respond and helpful in ordering the replacement parts from the manufacturer, as well as thorough in fitting and testing the new springs when they arrived.

Good service, repair was complicated as had to take windows out to find out what parts were needed etc, but all completed successfully after needing several visits. Reliable and good quality.

I had used Prentice Glass years ago and they had left me with such a good impression and decided to use them again. They didn't dissappoint! The quotation process was clear and competitive with other companies. They carried out the works in the timescales promised and the door panels, locks and skylight panels that were replaced look great! The two workmen were very very efficient and tidy. Would highly recommend this company!!

Our association with Prentice Glass goes back over 15 years when they first did work in our previous house. In our present house over eight years ago they installed five complete ceiling to floor shower rooms. They were beautifully done. One month ago they installed a very large 3 1/2m x 1 m lantern in our kitchen/living room. They did a splendid job. They took great care to cover the furniture and floors and were very polite and courteous. They are a delight to work with.
