Billy came around and worked out what was wrong with the boiler very quickly. Within the hour he had cleaned the part that was causing the issue and had it running smoothly again. An excellent service provided and I will definitely look to use this company again.

The work undertaken by Presbon was completed on-time with a minimum of fuss and disruption. It was not a simple operation as there was no water facility available for the upstairs toilet and radiator. However, the new room was built, plastered and facilities plumbed in so that the finished result was better than we could have hoped for. Similarly the implementation of the Toilet, Wash-hand Basin and Bath in the downstairs bathroom could not have been improved upon. Consequently I am delighted to recommend Presbon to future potential customers.

PresBon heating and plumbing came to my house. Advised what best system to have for the property. Had other plumbers call by. However I didnt feel they really knew what was best for the house. Billy is very knowledgeable and professional. Will use this company all the time. Having a very large circle of friends will definitely recommend to other. Could not fault. Very honest and trustworthy. We never new such company’s existed having a bad experience more than once with previous plumbers.
