Very professional, polite gentleman. The day after he came and quoted the work he started. He stayed inline with the covid-19 measures in place and I was very happy with the before and after differences. He gave me options with the work he would carry out which made me feel in control of how the work would be done on my property even though I wasn’t doing it myself.
