From first contact, Paul was professional, efficient and friendly. He spent pretty much the whole day at my Dad's house, cleaning the carpets in the majority of the rooms, as well as hall, stairs and landing. He tackled some staining on the carpets, including some black grease which had been there for years. Totally gone! His quote was reasonable and payment was after completion of the work. A 5* star service!
