The company initially had reasonable prices but provided poor-quality work. Hiring workers without background checks led to laziness and trust issues. Payment disputes and delays further soured the experience. Stair staining was done poorly, and a commitment to paint the back of the house was broken. Overall, it's not recommended due to a lack of professionalism and quality.

Firstly, we are saddened to see this review from you, as after completing all the agreed works, it was advised by yourself and your partner that you were happy with the completed works and signed off entirely. We do understand and agree that the works originally spoken about were adjusted, this was due to a number of reasons; both on our side and yours. We feel we provided the adequate care and customer service to you throughout our working time, we carried out a numerous amount of walk arounds with yourself during this project, adding work which we wavered costs on. We were more than accommodating and ensured you was happy throughout the project and at times when you was not, we communicated back and forth with you. We went to and from the property (our logistics manager also attended site) on numerous amount of times to ensure all were up to standards.
In regards to your comment about our staff, we can ensure all background checks are made for all staff, in the case you are referring to, the issue laid with the recruiting agency, whom we no longer use. At the time of this, we explained this to you and you was happy with how this situation was dealt with and understood it was not us as a company but the operatives themselves. This operative was duly removed from the project with immediate affect, therefore, to see this comment in your review is upsetting, as this could have a detrimental effect to our company. Anyhow, we do wish you all the best for the future.
