  Dave work is done to a vert high standard he was very helpful and explained about every aspect of his work .I would recommend Dave to anyone who as a damp problem he also plasters all walls and ceilings.

  Highly Professional, Informative, and Excellent Quality Work!

  I recently used Prestige Damp & Timber Preservation to fix a bridging damp problem in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Dave did an absolutely fantastic job from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, approachable, and took the time to be informative at every single stage of the process.   I can’t recommend Dave highly enough if you’re dealing with mould, condensation, or damp. From the initial assessment through to completing the work, he was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the causes of our issues, offered practical solutions and gave helpful advice tailored to our home/ living arrangements. He worked on two rooms over the course of a week and the workmanship was excellent. He kept everything tidy and took the time to explain what he was doing.   Trustworthy, quick and good value for money

  Dave was fantastic carrying out damp proofing at my Tyneside flat. He worked quickly, kept everything tidy and only recommended work that was actually needed. Very trustworthy and great value for money compared to other companies in the area. He’s also been really helpful with additional advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
