  Do not use this company! Straight away noticed puddles forming and less than 12months later cracks and weeds appeared. Contacted James several times and had excuses has to why he couldn’t come to correct it. Now seeking legal advice. Stay away!

  Not to be trusted!

  Had block paving drive. However when problems occurred I contacted owner who promised to rectify. I've made several telephone calls, emails, messages but still no contact from James McCann. It has now been over 9 months and I fear the problems woll not be resolved. The warranty is useless and I feel the same as other people who have left negative reviews. All I can say is look elsewhere!

  Block Paving

  I received quote from this company and asked them to carry out the work in July2023. In September 2023 I noticed that weeds had started to come through and one of the bricks needed repairing. Despite several emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages, James has done nothing to rectify the matter. I'm extremely disappointed and wish that I had used a different contractor. There is a 15 year warranty which would now appear to be useless

  New driveway

  Just had driveway transformed by James and his team. They have taken our old overgrown mess of a front garden in to a main focal point of our house, The whole experience start to finish unable to fault nice to see there are still trades men that take pride in their work and are able to communicate each step of the job. James and his team went out of there way at every opportunity to make the finished prouduct that bit more special and never pushed anything on us, they listened to what we wanted advised us and produced a flawless design

  Driveway Repair

  Resin drive starting to crumble 18 months later

  I had a resin drive laid by Prestige Driveways in Jan/Feb 2022. It has now started to crumble. I contacted the owner who advised he sold the business, but wont share who can contact despite requesting in several messages which were ignored. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. I have a full guarantee but it now appears its not worth the paper it is written on. I am hoping they will respond before seeking legal advice but fear this will be costly.

  Had a new driveway done

  Fantastic experience from start to finish. Efficient and very helpful in assisting us with the drive we wanted. Excellent service and hardworking and tidy team. Job done 1 day ahead of schedule too. Would highly recommend.
