Do not use! The engineer come out quoted me £1400 including VAT to take a bath panel off and fix the a leak and put the bath panel back on! Upon leaving my property he told me he had to charge me £2400 as there was more work. At no point doing the work did he tell me it would cost more. He completely damaged my skirting board and bath panel. Received the report said recommendations- at no point did it say the job had been completed. The invoice states their labour fee was £1700?!Spoke to the manger Simon , who was awful and tried to justify their prices! No parts were used apart mastic £15.

The issue was fixed quickly and to a very high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Great communication from start to finish and very fair pricing. Company was quick to come out then put me under pressure to confirm a ridiculous price on the work. Had to get it done to prevent further damage, but they left with the job still needing further work which they said they could not do. Found out parts needed cost £5 in B and Q. So now need to pay out more money. This company ripped me off and I will be taking this further unless compensation is offered

Total rubbish found fault after fault and the price just went up and up to over £700 then said we don’t need to replace the mastic around the bath then left the whole bathroom in a mess would not recommend this plumber to anyone
