The company was engaged to look at a malfunctioning boiler, and when, after considerable efforts, this could not be repaired, a replacement was obtained and fitted on the following day - this rapid action was much appreciated as I do not live locally and the property was not occupied at that time. The work was done very efficiently and thoroughly, with all radiators tested after installation.
