  • Anthony and his team came to repair my roof

    Anthony came and assessed the roof and we discussed options on repair. We agreed to a set price/work of replacing buttons, felt and any broken tiles, reusing those that were okay. He gave me loads of notice of when he was coming, gave updates on progress by sending photos. Always courteous and friendly. Unfortunately couple of tiles needed to be replaced again, but he came back quickly to fix. Happy to recommend to others.

  • Roof ventilation

    Antony identified that some damp patches in one of our bedrooms was due to poor ventilation which had caused condensation. This was identified after a number of water tests on the roof to make sure it wasn’t due to a leak. Following this he quickly sorted the problem arranging for the ceiling (and some additional walls) to be plastered as well. All dry now and we’re really happy to have a dry room again!!

    Antony and the guys did a great job stripping back an old section of flat roof for us. They revealed a number of rotten damp sections and got it all sorted for us! Pictures were sent to us throughout the project so we could see the progress as well ??

    Anthony removed our pebbledash and replaced it with render. The quote was provided quickly and was detailed and the price quoted was held to. The workmen were all friendly and polite and the work is of excellent quality. Prestige projects weren’t the cheapest quote but having used them before we were happy to pay for the quality. Very happy.
