New front door and frame
Badly advised to remove a perfectly fine old original door (from 1874) which could have been refurbished and glass installed. New frame and door where fitted really badly. The paint finish was terrible and the only did one side, the door is cracking, water comes in and there are gaps around the frame. Front and rear dormer extension
Timescale was 6-8 weeks. After 12 weeks barely a fifth of the work was completed. Out of 59 working days they only turned up for 20 The Director (Penny) is extremely rude and after our roof was first removed tried to blackmail us into paying a disputed amount up front They left our house without a roof for over 12 weeks and refused to attend to reinstate Even though they knew a child’s room was there 2 third parties have inspected the work and stated it is extremely poor quality Refused to return our keys and provide insurance details to submit a claim for their negligence COWBOYS!Verified reviewerJob location: WD510 Posted 23 December 2019
Knock through kitchen and dining room, new kitchen fitted
We’re really happy with our new kitchen/dining room. Phil did a great job coordinating the whole project and we were always kept in the loop with what was going on and timescales. He and his team were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and if we found any stumbling blocks along the way then solutions were proposed and then sorted out really quickly. Special marble tiles

Updating small office kitchen and two toilets.
Was very impressed with all aspects of PPMM, from the initial visit to scope the work, the quotation, agreeing a start date, being kept informed, the quality of the work, the area being left tidy at the end of each day, and the helpfulness of all the contractors involved.
