Quoted to repair our windows, turned up and did a shoddy job then expected payment in full. Also made unprofessional comments to our tenant.

Tom and Greg have just completed the restoration of my sash windows in Hertford. From the initial quote to the competition of the works has been a seamless experience. The guys have arrived on time as they said they would and kept the house clean and tidy from start to finish. From quotation through to job completion, all was in an efficient and effective manner. The knowledge of product was excellent and was given a true 100% quality of service. I have never had workmen who were so tidy throughout doing the job and at the end of day.
