Richard was very accommodating, and worked with us to agree a date before our holiday. Communication from Richard was great before and during the work. He was always on time and worked full days. Each day Richard cleaned up and put tools away in a safe place. Richard completed the work to a high standard and was open to our ideas and explained what would work and what wouldn't and why. I would recommend Richard 100% and we plan on using him again when we move house.

Very good tiller. Managed to lay 1200 X 1200 tiles in 150m2 including stairs into sunken areas. 5 complicated bathrooms with multiple tiles in wan and recessed and bath enclosure galore. Richard is a reliable and proficient tiler as well as being reliable and honest.

Richard did a fantastic job. From the first visit, he was approachable and helpful. He turned up on time, and worked in a professional manner. Richard was very tidy and cleaned up each day. I am very fussy, but I cannot find one fault. Thank you Richard!
