Got the Toshiba Hoari installed. Great explanations and communication. Offered alternative units to show price difference. Issues with supplier in delivery (there was a heatwave), but I was kept informed throughout. Even came on a Saturday to complete the testing to make sure it fully ready for next heat wave Wish I did this ages ago and when I look to do other rooms , will use again
