  I couldn’t be more happy with PP. I needed an urgent clean of my house as I was going away. Lynne was so helpful, polite and professional. She worked around my schedule and acted with urgency for me. The girls came and done a brilliant job. Both ladies were so polite and got the job done. So impressed im going to have a PP on a regular basis now.

• Booked for a deep clean of an empty 3 bed house

  Unfortunately disappointed with the quality of cleaning. Despite the manager showing us around after the cleaners had finished we felt we was rushed around the house and unable to properly inspect the work of the cleaners due to feeling rushed. We highlighted to them that there was cobwebs throughout the house that they missed. Manager got the cleaners to try and resolve this at the time but did this poorly, and eventually agreed to take some money off the final bill. Upon further review they didn’t clean in the kitchen cupboards as agreed. Would not recommend ,price high for poor quality
