Ground floor timber replacement/treatment for dry rot. Bathroom repairs, full decoration throughout
Excellent service, communication was great throughout and standard of work was fab. My letting agent is very happy with the work and responsive nature of the service offered by Prima. As a result, they will be adding Prima to their list of contractors for maintenance.
Single story extension and refurbishment
Prima did a great job on my property giving it a high end refurbishment and single story extension. The work they carried out was carried out professionally and efficiently and they worked well with us to bring our plans to reality. They provided a brilliant finish to all the work complteted in my house and would 100% recommend Prima to anyone.
Renovation of a residential property including significant adjustment to the internal layout
Prima Construction completed a complete remodelling of the internal layout of my property, which included knocking through three existing downstairs rooms into one single kitchen, dining and living area. We are very pleased with the overall quality of the building work carried out and love the end result
Walls knocked down kitchen fitted also new patio doors they did the full lot

2 to 3 bedroom house conversion.
First time using Prima Construction and couldn’t fault a single thing. We buy and sell houses and use numerous contractors throughout our jobs. Prima was recommended to me through a friend and I only usually like to use construction companies that we’ve used in the past. We have already booked Prima in for 2 more major builds we have coming up this year. They took care of everything for us which is a huge benefit to us as sometimes we don’t have time for site visits etc. We was really happy with the high quality of work provided. No corners cut like a lot of companies do. We highly recommend
