  Chimney Breast Removal

  Joe and the lads carried out a removal of two chimney breasts and plastering in our property. They arrived on time early morning and straight away promptly set to work. By the afternoon both chimney breasts were removed. They did not stop and were quick and efficient. Communication throughout was excellent. The work in all took a week including plastering, repairs to ceiling and floor. We were very pleased and impressed by the standard of work they did. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

  Dormer loft extension

  We found Joe at Prima Construction online and were quickly impressed by his clear communication, professionalism, and practical solutions. His team was punctual, tidy, and great to have on-site—neighbours even praised them. After parting with our architect, Joe took over, handled Building Control, and saw the project through smoothly. The result: a beautiful loft extension completed in under three months, just in time for summer.

  Reviving a wreck

  We bought a house that was in really bad shape and needed a builder who could bring it up to standard to reach it's potential to be our perfect family home. After a bit of research we selected Prima Construction for this work and we're really pleased that we did. Joe and the lads were brilliant from start to finish; always punctual and hard working; we had good communication when problems cropped up and they were always ready with a solution while trying to keep an eye on budget. They achieved an amazing amount of work in a relatively short time and I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks Joe!

  Back to brick refurbishment and loft conversion

  We appointed Prima to convert a 2 bedroom mid-terrance house into a quality 4 bedroom all ensuite HMO. After receiving quotes from a few other local builders, we found Primas quote to be very comprehensive and we particularly liked their work ethic and "can do" attitude. They completed the project on-time and within our expected budget. The project wasn't without its problems, but Joe and Aiden came with solutions to rectify them. Overall a great experience and we look forward to working with them again on future projects.

  Bathroom and kitchen refit

  Joe and his team were a pleasure to have around whilst the work was being done, very friendly yet efficient in their work and it was done to a top standard! Reliable and work was done to the timescale, Will definitely be using them for any other work I need doing in the future
