Fit laminate flooring in my flat. Complained about every aspect of the job despite me saying we could cancel and I’d get someone else. Cancelled the fitting date twice on the day and was very late nearly every other time bc apparently I live in Narnia (central London). His colleague damaged my skirting board in three places - they did not repair. Laminate was cut all janky but he didn’t care bc “the beading would cover it”. Beading was pinned with no care and the plastic from the underlay is poking through the floor. Floors not finished but I’ve been blocked on WhatsApp

Billy and his team have been faultless throughout. Couldn’t have asked for more. There was clear communication and constant updates throughout the project. His pricing is super competitive. My flat was always left clean and tidy at the end of each day so I could go about my everyday life. Billy was on hand throughout to offer advice and different options for different spaces and the nicest part was that him and his team were all super friendly, polite and trustworthy people. Would highly recommend to anybody on the search for new flooring without any hesitation! Smashed it!

Putting the floor in was a job I was putting off for ages. Finally got round to it and Prima did a stunning job, and made light work of it. Skilled craftsmanship means I can finally enjoy my flat properly. Cheers!
