I can't recommend Kai highly enough. He recently installed a new boiler at my 96-year-old mother's house, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience and the quality of work undertaken. Kai is terrific, giving choices of boilers , explaining what he intended to do both with the installation and the power flushing of the system. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly respectful throughout the job. a real credit to his trade. I wouldn't hesitate to use Kai again. Fantastic experience at such a great price as well. Very clear with communication and prices even honouring a price agreed despite going over the time. Definitely felt this company is not out to rip you off like many boiler companies. Colin was excellent and even gave advice on follow up maintenance.

I recently had my boiler serviced by Primary Plumbing and was really impressed with the service. The engineer was efficient and thorough, very friendly, and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing, which made the whole process easy to understand. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of work. Overall, a professional and reliable service that I’d happily recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.

Kai's a really helpful guy with great knowledge. His boiler service was quick to book, didn't take long and he took the time to clear up after himself as he went. He worked around my schedule and made the job very easy for me. I'll be coming back to Primary Plumbing

Kai has been super helpful from start to finish. I had a leak that I have been trying to solve for months, battling with my building management to try and solve the issue. Kai helped me through the whole process including offering advice on what to say to the management company, he then helped me fix the leak and finished the work to a very high standard. I couldn’t recommend him enough and will definitely be using his services again.

I called Kai to help me with a central heating problem and my boiler had stopped. He came quickly and sorted the problem efficiently with no issues or uplift in cost. He even saved me money by using some materials he already had. It’s nice to have someone saving you money rather than trying to squeeze every penny they can out of you. Would highly recommend booking in with Primary Plumbing and will be telling my friends and family to use them as well.
