  Likata - Rendered & insulated part new build part original kitchen extension.

  As a 17th Century house - getting the right people involved, that understood how to work with both an old building & new extension, was essential. Ali put our minds at rest and had it under control from the outset. His attention to detail was fantastic. He understood the challenges and gave us excellent solutions. He was flexible with his start date when the building project over-ran. His price was competitive. His team of workers were polite, considerate, tidy & extremely hard working. We are delighted with the end result. If I could afford to do the rest of the house, I would!

  Wrap Around Extension and Ground Floor Layout Alterations

  We worked with Promavera Construction from project inception across to the construction phase of the project. They took care of all aspects of the project bar the supply and install of furniture which we took on ourselves. All in all a great experience. They delivered the project on budget and on time, we have quite a few unforeseen setbacks with the existing structure but Ali promptly dealt with each of these via implementing resolutions which were efficiently put in place without adding to the overall budget of the project. I can highly recommend this firm. Respectful team on site too!

  Refurbishment of Flat

  We were directed to Primavera through a friend of ours who recommended these guys to us. They gave us a very competitive quote and we did a full refurb to our flat with them. We are very happy with their workmanship and professional approach to the work. We will be using them for all of our construction work going forward!

  House to Flats Conversion

  Honestly the best company I've had the pleasure of dealing with. As a property investor, they took care of all aspects of compliance for the conversion of the property into flats. They are very professional and the development passed with flying colours on all sound and fire requirments. Highly reccomended, they have a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of construction.

  New Roof & Internal Refurbishment

  Ali and the team did a great job on my home. They had all the answers and filled me with confidence both prior to and during the works. We loved the end product and have really transformed our home. We will be using Primavera again for our project!

  Install two new windows in an upstairs bathroom.

  I am extremely happy with Primavera. The director, Ali, really knows his stuff; he’s a proper civil engineer and his quote for this first piece of work for us, which was opening up alcoves in upper-storey brickwork and putting in a pair of windows, was very reasonable, and highly detailed. We were up against a planning deadline too, but Ali got scaffolding up and got the whole job done really quickly, within the deadline. We have already got Ali lined up to do a second piece of work for us, tying in the end wall of a Victorian terraced house where the end wall is bowing out.
