Prime Build knocked the wall through between our kitchen and dining room. Removed an existing conservatory and built an extension in its place. They installed our kitchen, and fitted herringbone flooring. They also replaced the lintel in our upstairs window which had been leaking. The quality of work is excellent, Dan and Gary have been amazing through the process and were tidy and made the whole thing painless. I would highly recommend them for any building work and we will certainly use them again for future work

Great experience from start to finish! Communication and timekeeping were spot on. We always knew what was happening and when people would be arriving each day. The guys were always pleasant and courteous. We were living in the house while the work was taking place and everything was left tidy and safe each day before they left - important as we have young children. The work was completed to an excellent standard and we are really happy with the finished build. It has made a huge difference to our home and we are so grateful to these guys for doing such a wonderful job!

Lead flashing and roof tile replaced to a good standard. Flashing on lean-to roof replaced and attempted repair to flashing at roof and main building wall not completed satisfactorily even though builder said they would return to finish work. Repeated phone calls resulted in two visites and promises to sort on going issue. This did not happen and on the final call I was told to find someone else to sort the problem as they were to busy.

These gentlemen were very accommodating in what was required. Was efficient and tidy in their work and discussed things with me throughout. I would recommend them for the work I have had completed and have asked them for further quotes for other jobs around the house.

Dan and Gary took our project (demolish and rebuild conservatory, knocking through the dining room and kitchen to create one open plan living space) and delivered exactly what we hoped for. They care about the result being right and worked with us throughout to make sure we were happy with everything. Very easy to work with and any extra work was always discussed in advance and agreed, including things we didn’t need to do that reduced the cost. Would recommend them to anyone. They know that their admin needs attention but bear with them as the result will be so worth it.

Everything we required was completed very professionally and with great communication, the small snags we came across were resolved in a timely manner - highly recommend and will most certainly use again if needed
