My bathroom was a time warp from the 70-ies. Adam has helped to design it and choose the right materials and finish for my modest budget. The works were carried out with great care, attention to detail, consideration for my needs and a great sense of humour. The works were completed from start to finish within the time frame agreed. There were no hidden extras and the place was left spotless after. Adam’s got a fantastic professional team behind him-thanks Adam and Joe!! Inga & Gabriel :-)

put a job on check a trade at around 6pm adam came round that night to investigate. came back the next day to fix. very happy with his work

l had a number of plumbing issues, including WC leak and a break down of my water boiler (immersion heater). Prime Fix came and assessed the work and speedily resolved all the issues satisfactorily. They were very professional in the dealings, waiting to test everything to make sure they were properly functioning before they left. All the issues, including unusual noise from the water pump, have been fixed. I'm satisfied with the service and recommend them to all who need them. Thank you.
