Prime flow arrived on time , & Gareth called beforehand to advise of time. Both Gareth & Charlie were polite, respectful, & informative. Gareth explained what was going to be done & gave the price beforehand, which was reasonable & competitive. They found lumps of concrete in our soil pipe, cleared them with jet hose, ensured both drains were clear, & replaced the drain covers.
