Gutter repair
Paid for a gutter repair of 2 sections. Claimed to have fixed 1 but did not fix the other which continued to leak. Very hard to get hold after. Passed me onto other people in the team. Eventually came back and still didn’t fix it. Then stopped replying

Lost trust
Called them out to look at leaking gutters. They rightly identified brickwork that has been damaged by water and said they could do the required repair. The job escalated from gutters to outside and inside work, as did the proposed cost. The few hours of completedwork was slapdash and the description of what needed to be done changed frequently. We stupidly paid a large chunk of the price quoted on day one but when a request for another payment came on day two I requested an invoice. No details checked out so I halted the job, at significant cost to us. Have Checkatrade verified this company?

Fixing guttering
They quoted me £320 to fix guttering to include 2 end corners and 2 gutter brackets. And to replace gutter because it was bellowing. They could not get the items so they re-used my old ones they changed one piece of rubber in the corner bracket to stop it leaking and then sealed all the ends that were leaking with gutter seal and charged me £250. Normally I wouldn’t have had this done but because of it being close to Christmas I didn’t want to have water pouring through my gutter all Christmas. I cannot climb ladders due to having knee surgery so I was stuck otherwise I would have done it.
