Replacement boiler
Tom was extremely helpful. We’d had issues with our boiler for a while and several ‘tradesmen’ came to assess the problem, but none actually identified the cause. Tom knew exactly what was needed and carried out the work to a very high standard, keeping everything tidy and cleaning up after himself, which I have always thought is the sign of a good tradesman.

New Combi-boiler, radiator and clear out the whole system.
Prime Heating Solutions did a brilliant job on taking out my old back boiler and installing a combi. The standard of work is second to none and there was absolutely zero mess or need to re-decorate. Total professionalism, courtesy and excellent after-sales service. I had a minor problem as some of my radiators are a bit ancient but Tom came first thing in the morning of his day off and sorted it within minutes. I recommend these guys unreservedly. In fact for anything to do with heating there is only one solution...Prime! The very best in the area.
