Piers provided a competitive quote for the work. Was able to book it in quickly. All work carried out was done so in a professional manner.

We were having some kitchen improvements made. I contacted Piers at Primeheat through Checkatrade after I was intimidated by 3 or 4 very rude or unhelpful gas engineers on the phone. Piers was pleasant and helpful from the get go, there was no messing around - he contacted me when he said he would, arrived at the agreed times and was friendly and agreeable throughout.

Contacted Piers as the other reviews sounded promising and he did not disappoint. Was able to come see me next day, identified issue quickly and fixed it perfectly. Really friendly and polite and professional; can vouch that he’s not one of those tradesman who will add loads of charges and the bill is really fair. Will absolutely be coming back for any heating problems in the future, or future boiler services, as everything was perfect, not a single complaint!

Piers came and inspected my boiler on the day I rang enquired about a potential issue. A new boiler was needed, Piers arranged the new boiler and the fitting to take place within the week. The boiler was installed excellently and my heating is working fantastically well!!! Thank you!
