    I cannot recommend Alex highly enough. Such a genuine guy, willing to spend the time explaining the options. A1 job done quicky at a decent price. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else if he covers your area. Thanks!

    Emergency locksmith and lock replacement

    Brilliant service provided, we had locked ourselves out. The locks were checked as part of the service and 2 locks replaced to latest security standards. Thank you so much.

    Very fast and effecting job completion

    The job was done extremely fast (change front door lock and fix two doors not shutting). I was charged by the engineer and payed via BACS/bank transfer. Don't know if they accept cash in hand. Happy with the service, if I have more similar issues, I'll probably call Prime Locksmith again.

    Fit all exterior locks

    Very efficient. However, one lock did not fit properly and it did take a few times for that to be replaced.
