Mark is a very reliable and dedicated man. He completed the job to my full satisfaction. He helped me with extra bits without charging for it. He provided professional advice. Good points: kitchen unit & flooring installation, painting, tiling, good communication, willingness to include additional work, speedy return to rectify issues. It felt like the job was a little rushed towards the end with grouting & mastic messy where not in plain sight, new sockets left scratched, and being unable to fit the new tap and waste tightly as he felt it didn't fit. From my first enquiry through to the completed works, Mark was polite and professional. The quotation was reasonable and included requested extras from the outset. Work started and completed on the promised dates, which included replacement of an induction hob, sink, tap and worktops. Extra work included moving three electrical sockets, a TV and removal of a ceiling light. He plastered where necessary and made good for painting. In terms of Marks knowledge, professionalism, and cleanliness, I could not fault in any way. Straight away we got a very good vibe from Mark when he popped over to price up our kitchen. We initially placed an order through Wren for just the kitchen, so needed to arrange our own installation, and after speaking with Mark he advised that can supply, and install a like for like kitchen including tiling, and removal of old kitchen which worked out significantly cheaper. Mark was very friendly, and professional, and did a fantastic job. He also helped us put a new lease of life in our bathroom. I'm really happy with my new wardrobes! With low ceilings it was tricky finding suitable wardrobes, I'd gone to larger companies and their prices were too much and didn't listen to what I wanted. Mark was able to design exactly what I wanted and for a very reasonable price. The work was carried out quickly and was very tidy.
