Diagnosing failure of multipoint heater to work and fixing with a new diaphragm
Paul was prompt and I felt I could trust him to diagnose the fault and find a solution. He was approachable, polite and worked quickly.

Installed underfloor heating, new boiler and thermostat
The work was done excellently in difficult conditions, the new boiler is located in a extension which was a building site so Paul had to navigate a site which was filled to the brim with numerous other workmen, He was by far the politest and most professional workman I had on site. Work was done to an excellent standard, I couldn't fault him.
