  We engaged Prime to fit three new bathrooms for us in late winter/early spring, after a couple of home visits and some discussion about sanitary ware and showers etc. Work started a week early as they had a gap in the programme, which was most welcome. The core team and the associated trades worked very hard to achieve the perfect result for us in each of the three rooms, despite being beset by supply chain issues, injury to a a key trade and a family emergency for his successor. It all took a bit longer than planned but the work was excellent and worth waiting for. We will use them again!

• Emergency call out to fix a leak

  Thank you Oliver for coming out on an emergency call on a Saturday to fix a leak by our stopcock. The problem was identified, sorted and the water turned back on the same day. They even hoovered up afterwards. I’d definitely recommend Prime plumbing.

  The initial contact was very quick. A lot of places I tried didnt have any availability. The 2 gents that arrived were polite, quick and efficient. They noticed we have a young child and were very careful to pick up all the debre from the job

• New boiler fitted and chemical flush

  Lewis and his team were brilliant from start to finish. They were courteous, efficient, respectful of us working from home and impeccably tidy each night when they wrapped up. We love our new glow worm boiler which is so much quieter than our last one. Lewis fitted us in at short notice when our boiler packed up just before Christmas and was happy to field the questions I fired off at him about potential options. The pipework is also so, so much tidier than what was there originally, and we will definitely be using Prime for future services. 10/10!

  Our toilet flush broke, we were recommended primeplumbingandheatingsouthltd, they came when they said they would and basically we have asked them to do more work for us.
