  The project consisted of converting of industrial unit (use class E) to place of religious worship use class F1(F) on behalf of a Church Charity. The team at PPDML were highly professional and carried us along all the way, pointing out areas of improvement and implementing cost saving designs. Project was completed and we were very happy with the outcome.

  I extended my house into the back garden and opened my living room

  Loft conversion at Baker Crescent, Dartford

  Prime Projects Design and Management assisted with the loft conversion at my Dartford residence as my family was expanding and we required more space. This project entailed calculating the usable roof area and checking the existing roof framework to determine how much space we had to work with and the dynamics involved. We added a stairway leading up to the loft and examined the joists and foundation to ensure they were strong enough to carry the extra weight of the new room. We had to install new joists and flooring to accommodate the new living space. Overall, it was a professional work!
