    Danny answered our request promptly and came very soon to see what we needed. A date for the work to be done and price were fixed. The work was done exactly on time and for the precise amount quoted. The handrails in oak and solid brass really fit in with the house. We shall indeed look no further if needing any work involving wood! Danny is a lovely man, courteous and friendly. He also hoovered up after he had finished.

    Excellent advice, service and quality of work. Completely reliable and good communication - surveyed the job, provided quote, did the job and sent invoices exactly when he said he would ( that’s rare!). Also did a very short notice job for us on the same day. We will definitely call on PPM again and would recommend.

Hello and welcome to my Checkatrade page. I have over 20 years' experience in property refurbishment and maintenance. So if I've not listed what you're after please don't hesitate to ask and I'll be happy to help in anyway I can.

I do anything to do with PVC windows and doors, fitting or fixing mechs, handles, and locks. Glass replacement.

Joinery - Kitchens, skirts, archs, stud walls, box in pipes or steels. Floor and joists repairs. Doors and repairs etc.

Minor plumbing like sink wastes or re piping for a kitchen or bathroom.

Gutters, soffit, and fascia repair or renew.

Any other general property maintenance, no job too small as they say.
