I highly recommend Primera Roofing. They were quick, polite and professional from the start. Despite an initial, unavoidable weather delay, they completed a major job (repointing the chimney, replacing the membrane, battens, boards, fascias, and guttering, whilst reusing existing tiles) within 2 weeks. The on-site team was friendly and always went the extra mile, giving daily progress updates. They also swept and tidied up every single evening before they left. Fantastic service and I would like to thank Matthew, Christie, Dan, Simon & Josh for all their hard work and support!

Quick to respond, came around next day and quoted. Once accepted quickly arranged a date for the work which was completed promptly. Excellent service, always communicated promptly and got the job done with no fuss, highly recommend.

Very professional company, cared passionately about the quality of their work. Kept in contact and cheerful through 4 months of rain. First dry spell they fitted us in. Talked us through what they were doing on site step by step. Your roof is very important, and choosing a company you can trust is quite scary. We have no doubt that we chose well. The guys turned up when they said they would. Unfortunately, I needed more work than planned- the guys took photographs of the problem to demonstrate the need. They were able to reconfigure their schedule and stay on to fix the problem. The guys were extremely tidy They took tiles out to the road to cut so my drive didn’t get dusty. Appointment set up quickly. The roof was inspected, and a solution proposed and discussed with me. A verbal quote was quickly obtained, agreed and work started immediately. I was kept informed of progress and shown images of the defective area. As part of the repair, we had agreed to future-proof the rest of the roof (which was included in the quote). The quote was a lot less than I had imagined it would be so I am obviously happy with it. Now I just want it to rain!
